Hyperion Partners Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a substantial block portfolio in Borehamwood, including both residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on day-to-day management, client liaison, budgets, and coordinating on-site teams to maintain high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong residential block/leasehold experience, ATPI or above, and a proven track record of managing complex property portfolios while ensuring

Formación

• ATPI or above is essential and should be highlighted.
• Significant experience in residential block/leasehold management.
• Experience managing a large and complex property portfolio.
• Exposure to both residential and commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of service charges, leasehold legislation and Section 20.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Taking full responsibility for day-to-day management of a varied block portfolio.
• Managing client relationships and attending client and resident meetings.
• Overseeing service charge budgets, expenditure and accounts.
• Managing contractors, suppliers and on-site teams.
• Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ensuring properties comply with health & safety and building regulations.
• Managing major works and Section 20 consultation processes.
• Working with surveyors, accounts teams and other departments.
• Dealing with leaseholders, freeholders, RMCs and RTM companies.
• Handling escalated issues and delivering high levels of customer service.
• Mentoring junior team members and identifying process improvements.
