Hyperion Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their established residential property management team in Greater London. You will take responsibility for a substantial portfolio, acting as the main contact for clients, leaseholders and residents.

You will lead day-to-day management, ensuring service quality, compliance and financial performance, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with accounts, surveying and wider teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in residential block and leasehold management.
• Experience with Section 20 consultations and major works.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charge management.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
• ATPI or MTPI qualification is essential.
• Able to mentor junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Fully manage a portfolio of residential blocks and developments.
• Lead relationships with freeholders, RTMs, leaseholders and residents.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets and accounts.
• Oversee planned and reactive works and contractor management.
• Attend client meetings, AGMs and resident meetings.
• Ensure health and safety and compliance across properties.
• Collaborate with accounts, surveying and property management teams.
• Identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.

Hyperion Partners is delighted to advertise, on behalf of our client, an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their established and growing property management team.

The Role

As Senior Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a substantial residential property portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for clients, leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the effective day‑to‑day management of your portfolio, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Full management of a portfolio of residential blocks and developments
• Managing relationships with freeholders, RMCs, RTM companies, leaseholders and residents
• Preparing and managing service charge budgets, expenditure and accounts
• Managing contractors, suppliers and maintenance programmes
• Overseeing planned and reactive works
• Managing major works and Section 20 consultation processes
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and health & safety requirements
• Attending client meetings, AGMs and resident meetings
• Dealing with escalated leaseholder and client matters
• Managing insurance, compliance and statutory requirements
• Working closely with accounts, surveying and wider property management teams
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and operational performance

About You

We are looking for an established Senior Property Manager with a proven track record within residential block and leasehold property management.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working as a Senior Property Manager - essential
• Strong residential block management experience
• ATPI or MTPI qualification - essential
• Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charge management
• Proven experience managing a sizeable residential portfolio
• Experience with Section 20 and major works
• Confidence dealing with RMCs, RTMs, freeholders and leaseholders
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial and organisational ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A professional, proactive and commercially minded approach
