Job summary

Hyperion Partners Limited is recruiting a Property Manager Surveyor to oversee day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio and act as the key contact for clients and occupiers. You will ensure efficient, compliant and commercially sound portfolio performance.

Responsibilities include client and asset management, service charge budgeting, lease matters, health & safety, ESG reporting, and maintenance coordination across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial property assets and occupier relationships.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills for service charges.
• Knowledge of lease matters, property legislation and compliance.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and health/safety requirements.
• Understanding of ESG principles and sustainability in built environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client and asset management: build relationships with asset managers and clients.
• Occupier experience: respond to occupier enquiries and improve service delivery.
• Financial management: oversee service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Lease and legal matters: review lease-related applications and covenants.
• Health, safety and compliance: manage statutory compliance and site inspections.
• ESG and sustainability: support ESG reporting and objectives.
• Supplier and contractor management: monitor service delivery and works.
• Property inspections: conduct inspections and maintain presentation standards.
• Transactions: support acquisitions, disposals and handovers.
