Galliard Homes is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the in-house Property Management team, supervising a diverse portfolio of mixed-use developments and high-rise schemes. You will act as a main contact for residents and contractors, ensuring compliance, service excellence, and strategic planning for new schemes approaching practical completion.

• Strong experience managing high-risk residential and mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of district heating and life-safety maintenance requirements.
• Experience with leasehold legislation and budgeting processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee complex portfolio to ensure compliance and high service standards.
• Plan site visits and document findings with actions taken.
• Lead Section 20 consultations and major works coordination.
• Manage contractor relationships, repairs, and performance against contracts.
