Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a major development in London. You will lead a dedicated onsite team, ensure compliance with lease terms and industry standards, and drive service excellence for a large portfolio.

The role requires strong block-management experience, MTPI qualification (or willingness to work towards), and a proven track record of results-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in block property management.
• MTPI qualified or willing to work towards.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of results-driven performance.
• Good awareness of compliance, health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations with residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a development currently with two completed phases, increasing to seven upon total completion, ensuring lease terms and industry regulations (RICS, ARMA, IRPM).
• Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure.
• Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with standards.
