Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a major development in East London, ensuring lease compliance, high service standards and effective team leadership.

You will mentor onsite staff, maximise income opportunities and monitor budgets while maintaining strong client relationships. The role is site-based, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in block property management.
• MTPI qualified or willing to work toward MTPI.
• Proven leadership and commercial acumen.
• Good awareness of compliance, health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations in residential management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a development with multiple phases, ensuring lease terms and regulations are met.
• Lead and mentor onsite staff, conduct appraisals and 1:1s.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance including budget vs expenditure.
• Promote a positive culture and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and manage risks to safeguard delivery.
