Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a large development and lead a dedicated onsite team to deliver exceptional service. The role focuses on strong leadership, commercial acumen and ensuring compliance with lease terms and industry standards.

Based at the East Wick & Sweetwater Development in London, the successful candidate will manage phases, mentor staff, and drive fee income while maintaining high service levels in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in block property management.
• MTPI qualified or willing to work towards.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of results-driven performance.
• Good awareness of compliance, health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations with residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a development currently with multiple phases, ensuring lease terms and industry regulations are followed (RICS, ARMA, IRPM).
• Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure.
• Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring operational excellence.
