Job summary
Residential Management Group is recruiting a Senior Property Manager for a large development near London. You will oversee a multi-phase project, lead onsite teams and ensure top-tier service and compliance across lease terms and industry regulations.
The role requires MTPI qualification (or willingness to work towards it), proven results in property management, and strong leadership and commercial focus to maximise income and growth opportunities. This is a site-based role with regular hours.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in block property management.
- MTPI qualified or willing to work towards MTPI.
- Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
- Proven track record of results-driven performance.
- Good awareness of compliance, health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations in residential property management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a development currently with 2 completed phases, increasing to 7 upon total completion.
- Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
- Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure.
- Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.
- Identify and manage risks.
