Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a large development and lead a dedicated onsite team. You will ensure lease compliance, deliver exceptional service and drive fee income growth.

The role is site-based at the East Wick & Sweetwater Development, London, with typical hours Monday to Friday. Strong block management experience and a results-driven mindset are essential; MTPI qualification or willingness to pursue is required.

Qualifications

• MTPI qualification or willingness to work towards MTPI qualification
• Experience in block property management
• Proven track record of results-driven performance
• Good awareness of compliance, health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations with residential property management

Responsibilities

• Manage a development currently with two completed phases, increasing to seven upon total completion, ensuring compliance with lease terms and industry regulations (RICS, ARMA, IRPM)
• Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities
• Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure
• Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring safety and compliance
