Job summary

Places for People Group is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a large London development and lead a dedicated onsite team to deliver exceptional service. This role is ideal for a strong property manager ready to step up to a senior position.

Based on site at the East Wick & Sweetwater Development, London. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with responsibilities including lease compliance, staff appraisals, and driving business opportunities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong experience in block property management.
• MTPI qualified or willingness to pursue.
• Proven leadership and commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations in residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a development with multiple phases, ensuring lease compliance and regulatory adherence (RICS, ARMA, IRPM).
• Lead and mentor onsite staff, conduct appraisals and one-to-ones.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets and expenditure.
• Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring staff awareness and reporting.

Residential Management Group (RMG), a market leading Property Management Company is looking for a Senior Property Manager, where you'll oversee a large development and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service. This role would be suitable for a strong property manager looking to make the step up in to a senior role

Where will you be located?

Working site based at the East Wick & Sweetwater Development, London (E20 3AF)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 9 AM until 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a development currently with 2 completed phases, increasing to 7 upon total completion, ensuring compliance with lease terms and industry regulations (RICS, ARMA, IRPM)
• Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure.
• Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring staff awareness and reporting mechanisms.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Strong experience in block property management.
• MTPI qualified or willing to work towards
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of results-driven performance.
• Good awareness of compliance, health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations with residential property management
