Job summary

Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd in London seeks a Senior Property Manager to oversee high-end mansion blocks and ensure services are delivered on time and within budget through regular site visits.

You will drive lease and service charge budgeting, attend AGMs/EGMs/RMCs, and lead on client liaison while mentoring Assistant Property Managers and ensuring compliance with current legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in block management and residential property management.
• Ideally TPI qualification or working toward a professional qualification.
• Understanding of leases, service charge budgeting and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services are carried out in line with lease agreements and budget via site visits.
• Attend AGM, EGM and RMC meetings, and maintain client/lessee liaison.
• Monitor service charge collection to fund necessary works and respond within SLAs.
• Prioritise risk management with full document trail and legislative updates.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Mobilise new build schemes and support Assistant Property Managers.

Senior Property Manager - Block Management

Location: London

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000PA benefits

Working for one of London's leading agents as a Senior Property Manager, overseeing high-end mansion blocks.

Main duties as a Senior Property Manager:

• Ensuring that services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements and the right budget is in place via regular site visits.
• Attending AGM, EGM & RMC meeting as well as regular client and lessee liaison
• Monitoring collection of service charges to fund necessary works and respond within agreed service level timeframes.
• Prioritise risk management through a full document trail and updating systems in accordance with changes in legislation
• Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Mobilise new build schemes
• Overseeing and inspiring Assistant Property Managers and delegating where necessary to maintain service levels

As a Senior Property Manager, you will have:

• Knowledge and experience of Block Management and the residential property management industry
• Ideally TPI qualified or working toward a professional qualification
• Worked on new build properties
• An understanding of leases, Service Charge Budgeting and associated legislation
• Excellent organisational skills and be a strong communicator with ability to build and maintain relationships
