Job Description

Duties/Functions of the role:

1. Responding to maintenance issues and arranging for contractors to attend.
2. Building strong relationships with Landlords and tenants to ensure positive lines of communication.
3. Conducting regular inspections in line with agreed levels of service.
4. Dealing with insurance claims and more complex maintenance issues.
5. Costing and negotiating deposits.
6. Assisting and training junior members of the Property Management team.
7. Serving Section 21 notices and dealing with surrenders.
8. Dealing with serious tenancy and landlord related matters (e.g. instructing solicitors on behalf of a landlord).

Requirements of the role:

1. 5+ Years' experience in a Property Management role.
2. Experience in using Fixflo or a similar maintenance portal would be useful.
3. Experience with mid to high end properties.
4. Prior experience in supervising a team would be beneficial.
5. ARLA Qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
6. No driving licence is required for this role.

Required working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm (No weekend cover required).
