Base pay range

Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Salary: Basic salary £35,000, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.

OTE: £36,750 - £42,000

Location: Vox Studios, 1-45 Durham Street, SE11 5JH

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Property Manager:

As a Senior Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service, proactively managing a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes. Leveraging your strong technical knowledge of property management, you will effectively resolve complex issues and play a key role in training and mentoring staff, sharing your expertise with the team.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in residential Property Management with a proven success record.
• Ability to develop and mentor staff, conducting effective training sessions.
• ARLA qualification and in-depth technical knowledge of current market trends and regulations.
• Highly organised and composed.
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrated consistently in previous roles.
