Preim, part of the Encore Property Management Group, seeks an Estate Manager to lead a portfolio of high-quality residential estates around London and the South of England. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, finances, maintenance, and client communications to deliver excellent service.
With a relevant degree and IRPM Part 1 (RICS a bonus), you’ll manage budgets, coordinate contractors, and guide residents and stakeholders. Willingness to travel weekly to Peterborough is required.

As an Estate Manager you’ll take the lead in managing a portfolio of high-quality residential estates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a consistently high standard of service. From financial oversight to maintenance coordination and client communication, you'll be responsible for keeping every element of your estates running efficiently.
You’ll bring a solid background in residential property management, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to manage competing priorities. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage budgets, and solve problems effectively will be key to your success in the role.
A relevant degree is preferred. IRPM (TPI) Part 1 is essential, and RICS accreditation is an advantage. We will support you in gaining any further qualifications.
Experience in estate or property management. You should be confident in handling budgets, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring financial control across multiple sites.
Strong communication and organisational skills, solid project management ability, and a thorough understanding of current property management legislation
The portfolio will be located around London and the South of England. With once a week travel to our Peterborough office (although we can be flexible on this for the right candidate).
