Job summary

Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Property Manager specialising in Block Management to oversee 12 developments across Oxfordshire and Gloucester. Based in Oxfordshire, you will manage budgets, service charges, site visits and client liaising to ensure regulatory compliance and high service levels.

You will attend AGMs/EGMs/RMCs, lead assistants, mobilise new build schemes, and build strong relationships with lessees and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in block management for residential properties.
• Ideally hold or be working toward a professional qualification (TPI).
• Experience with new build schemes.
• Understanding leases, service charge budgeting and related legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple developments and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services are delivered per lease agreements and budgets via site visits.
• Attend AGM, EGM and RMC meetings and liaise with clients and lessees.
• Monitor service charge collections to fund works and respond within SLAs.
• Prioritise risk management with proper documentation and system updates.
• Deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
• Mobilise new build schemes.
• Oversee and support Assistant Property Managers to maintain service levels.

Senior Property Manager - Block Management

Location: Oxfordshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits

Working for an award wining managing agent, overseeing 12 developments across Oxfordshire and Gloucester.

Main duties as a Senior Property Manager:

• Ensuring that services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements and the right budget is in place via regular site visits.
• Attending AGM, EGM & RMC meeting as well as regular client and lessee liaison
• Monitoring collection of service charges to fund necessary works and respond within agreed service level timeframes.
• Prioritise risk management through a full document trail and updating systems in accordance with changes in legislation
• Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Mobilise new build schemes
• Overseeing and inspiring Assistant Property Managers and delegating where necessary to maintain service levels

As a Senior Property Manager, you will have:

• Knowledge and experience of Block Management and the residential property management industry
• Ideally TPI qualified or working toward a professional qualification
• Worked on new build properties
• An understanding of leases, Service Charge Budgeting and associated legislation
• Excellent organisational skills and be a strong communicator with ability to build and maintain relationships
