Responsibilities of a Senior Property Manager

1. Supporting the Manager to motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
2. Training and coaching Property Managers within your team.
3. Monitoring customer service Key Performance Indicators.
4. Advising on maintenance, safety certification, and compliance matters.
5. Utilizing your lettings knowledge to assist colleagues with daily queries and complex situations.
6. Managing a small portfolio of properties, including coordinating repairs, safety inspections, remedial works, and tenant relations.

Skills required for a Senior Property Manager

1. 12 to 18 months experience in property management.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Effective time management and expectation management skills.
