Our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency, is currently seeking a Senior Property Manager for their Property Management department in the Chelmsford area.

This role will involve varied responsibilities including Property Management, Branch Administration, and dealing with renewals.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be offered:
  • A basic salary of up to £30,000
  • Realistic OTE of up to £33,000
  • 5-day working week
  • Ongoing training and support where needed
As a Senior Property Manager, your role will involve:
  • Supporting the Property Managers where needed
  • Working across all departments within Property Management
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Managing a smaller portfolio while undertaking additional duties
The successful Senior Property Manager will have:
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as ARLA
  • Effective communication skills both orally and in writing
  • A confident, outgoing, enthusiastic attitude and professional approach
  • Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize urgent tasks in a busy workload
  • IT proficiency, familiar with standard MS Office packages
