City Family CIC is seeking a part-time Project Lead (21 hours/week) to set up and deliver new community projects and ensure joined-up services across City Family's programmes. You will line manage Team Leaders and Project Leads, supervise staff, and uphold safeguarding and quality standards in collaboration with the Head of Quality and Willow Reach.

Salary for 21 hours per week: £19,040–£20,720 pro rata from £34,000–£37,000 FTE, with 26 days leave pro rata and a pension provision.

Qualificações

• Experience of setting up new projects from mobilisation through to steady-state delivery.
• Experience of managing projects to plan, including budgets, timelines and reporting.
• Experience of line managing or supervising staff.
• Working knowledge of the VCSE sector.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, able to manage several projects concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable reporting to senior colleagues and external partners.
• Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and family voice.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the setting up of new projects from mobilisation through to business-as-usual delivery.
• Ensure existing projects run to plan, addressing slippage, risks or issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and reporting arrangements.
• Manage a small budget within agreed limits and escalate variances promptly.
• Work across City Family's community family services to ensure joined-up, responsive services.
• Identify and resolve gaps, duplication or inconsistency between projects and services.
• Collaborate with Head of Quality and managers to support consistency of practice and standards across the organisation.
• Line manage Team Leaders and Project Leads, providing supervision and coaching.
