Job summary

PiLON, part of the United Infrastructure group, is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to manage project scheduling and support the team. You will work closely with engineers, commercial and bid teams, customers, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results at our Bracknell site.

The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, strong IT and Excel capabilities, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers by telephone, email and letter to arrange appointments.
  • Prepare, manage, monitor and update project schedules and trackers.
  • Coordinate engineers and resources to maximise productivity.
  • Map properties and plan projects for efficient delivery.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and escalating issues where required.
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the Scheduling Team.
  • Achieve scheduling and delivery targets.
  • Produce regular reports on project progress, call activity and team productivity.
  • Develop effective resident and customer communication processes.
  • Analyse call data to identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and company policies.
  • Support the Commercial and Bid Teams with relevant information.
  • Work with IT to improve the use of company systems, including PILLAR 2 and EAPP.
  • Maintain strong working relationships across all teams and represent the company professionally.

Senior Project Scheduler

Location: Bracknell Office-based

The Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Senior Project Scheduler to manage project scheduling, support the scheduling team and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

You will work closely with engineers, testers, electrical management teams, commercial and bid teams, customers and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
