Job summary

Leonardo is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to govern and improve the Project Risk Management process across a UK site portfolio. You will provide independent oversight, challenge, and expert guidance to Integrated Project Teams, ensuring risks and opportunities are identified, assessed and reported for informed decisions.

This senior role requires extensive risk management experience, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of enterprise and project risk management frameworks.
• Significant experience in project or programme risk management.
• Experience with quantitative risk analysis and Monte Carlo techniques.
• Ability to translate complex risk information into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight and governance across projects.
• Support IPTs to identify, assess and manage risks and opportunities.
• Analyse post‑treatment residual risk using Monte Carlo analysis.
• Produce risk reports aligned with reporting cycles.
• Mentor Project Risk Managers and support continuous improvement.
