Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to lead the governance and continuous improvement of the Project Risk Management process across a Line of Business. You will provide independent oversight, challenge and guidance to IPTs, ensuring risks and opportunities are identified, assessed and reported to enable informed decisions.

The role covers bid through execution, with hybrid working from Basildon/Luton/London/Southampton sites, occasional travel, and involvement in Monte Carlo

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or business subject.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and project risk management frameworks and standards.
• Significant experience in project or programme risk management.
• Highly numerate with statistical/financial modelling incl. Monte Carlo.
• Contingency setting aligned to risk exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight and governance of risk management across projects.
• Identify, assess and manage risks and opportunities with IPTs.
• Produce risk reports with timely, decision-focused insights.
• Analyse post-treatment residual risk using Monte Carlo analysis.
• Support bid-to-execution lifecycle with continuous improvement.
