Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Yeovil is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an Integrated Project Team at the heart of delivering complex aerospace programmes. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage interdependencies, and shape how we work to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will drive risk management, cost reporting and stakeholder engagement across levels, ensuring delivery excellence while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex programmes, ideally in matrix organisations.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven budgeting and financial management to ensure delivery to cost.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive member of an Integrated Project Team (IPT) delivering outcomes that meet programme objectives.
• Manage projects and interdependencies from initiation through to completion.
• Identify risks, issues and opportunities and develop mitigations.
• Monitor budgets and provide cost reporting with opportunities to optimise costs.
