Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Project Planner for AC Substations in Stafford. You will own the planning output for major substation projects, developing and maintaining integrated Primavera P6 schedules, and working with Project Managers and teams to meet contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and maintaining complex project schedules.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and interfaces.
• Proven track record in delivering on time in large infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated Primavera P6 schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning.
• Lead progress reviews and drive mitigation, recovery and catch-up plans.
• Identify blockers and critical-path risks, escalating issues early.
• Prepare clear schedule reports for customers and stakeholders.
• Communicate scheduling matters with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Align schedule with risk, cost and financial forecasts with cross-functional teams.
