Job summary

Avove is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Severn Trent Water Framework in Derby, with hybrid working combining office/site attendance and home-based days.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams on non-infrastructure water projects through design, build and commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence. Experience in water treatment is essential; EUSR Water Hygiene is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior/Principal Project Management experience in non-infrastructure water projects.
• Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project for detailed programmes and revisions.
• Ability to forecast costs across a portfolio and assess project risk.
• Good hydraulic understanding of water distribution, boosted systems and pumped dosing systems.
• Experience across both clean water and wastewater treatment is advantageous.
• EUSR Water Hygiene certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and a portfolio of projects delivered on a regional basis.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project delivery team across a portfolio of projects.
• Take responsibility for project cost management and overall programme delivery.
• Manage regional cost forecasting and revenue contributions to the overall account P&L.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and support the establishment of overarching framework agreements to deliver works across the region.
