Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Wisley Sewage Treatment Works team in Wisley. You will lead the safe, compliant delivery of construction and improvement works in a regulated wastewater environment, providing senior operational leadership across live assets and projects.

You’ll plan, coordinate and deliver capital and maintenance works to programme, cost, quality and performance targets, promote a zero‑harm culture, and mentor a multidisciplinary team while engaging

Qualifications

Significant senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction.
Proven track record delivering works in live operational environments.
Strong commitment to safety leadership and positive site culture.
Experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks.
Advocate wellbeing and work-life balance across teams.

Responsibilities

Providing visible leadership across all construction and engineering activities.
Leading planning, coordination, and delivery of capital and maintenance works to targets.
