Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the Hogsmill Sewage Treatment Works upgrade in Hogsmill, Surrey. You’ll drive safety, manage resources, and coordinate with commercial and site teams to deliver this critical infrastructure project.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, sector knowledge (water/utilities), and a proven track record in construction management, with CSCS/SMSTS and IOSH Managing Safely familiarization.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management within water/utilities.
• Relevant safety qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely and CSCS/EUSR/SMSTS.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and enforce health and safety policies.
• Manage resources including labour, plant, materials and supply chain.
• Collaborate with Commercial Team on forecasts, cost control and value reviews.
• Ensure construction activities meet project specs and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders including senior management, clients, site teams and subcontractors.
