  • Confidently working with multi-agency teams within Ogilvy London, the wider Ogilvy network, and WPP agencies.

Making work we’re proud of

  • Participating in creative discussions, ensuring the protection of creativity during delivery.

Day-to-Day Project Management

  • Managing schedules and deliverables across channels within scope, timings, and budget, following the Galapagos working model.
  • Scoping projects and sharing with PMO and account leads for approval.
  • Creating and maintaining project timelines from pre-brief to delivery, collaborating with specialists in TV, art production, digital, influencers, PR, etc. Notifying relevant departments of schedule changes.
  • Owning resource bookings, working with Resource Managers, and flagging resource issues.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including estimates, SOWs, timelines, network agreements, trackers, and change requests.
  • Using project management tools effectively for planning, tracking, and collaboration.
  • Leading status calls with confidence, discussing project status, issues, and resolutions.

Problem solving & decision making

  • Managing crises efficiently, making informed decisions under pressure, and maintaining project momentum.
  • Analyzing potential risks at project start and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Refining quality assurance processes and workflows for continuous improvement.

Commercial Acumen

  • Understanding the client’s remuneration and commercial models, monitoring project financials, and forecasting.
  • Developing estimation and scope management knowledge through training and collaboration.
