Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation projects within Aviva’s General Insurance Business. The role involves managing platform upgrades, SaaS adoption, M&A, technology integration, and innovation initiatives including GenAI, Automation, and data solutions. The successful candidate will monitor project progress, manage scope, schedule, costs, and ensure proper documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex technology and business change projects with budgets up to £5 million.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Work with third-party suppliers and oversee delivery management.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation in line with company goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in wholesale and/or subscription-based insurance, with knowledge of London Market terminology and lines of business.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and budgets.
• Knowledge of London Market enterprise technologies and standards, including Xchanging/Bureau, ACORD, CDR, and emerging technologies like GenAI, Automation, and Data solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors.
