Job summary

You will align delivery across teams, manage stakeholders, and mentor peers while benefiting from flexible, hybrid working and opportunities to work on landmark projects with the Civils team across the UK.

Qualifications

• ChPP or equivalent chartered status; MSP or MoP qualifications desirable.
• Proven track record overseeing large, complex infrastructure or structural engineering projects.
• Strong ability to align project strategies with organisational and market objectives.
• Experience mentoring and developing project managers, fostering high‑performing teams.
• Advanced skills in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of complex projects and programmes, setting short- and medium-term strategic direction.
• Align technical and delivery strategies across teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Provide governance oversight, shaping risk, schedule, cost, and quality frameworks.
• Lead strategic stakeholder engagement, negotiating terms, and managing high-level communications.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and efficiency initiatives across projects.
• Mentor senior project managers, supporting talent development and succession planning.
