Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior or Associate Project Manager in the Structures team to oversee complex infrastructure programmes, delivering strategic leadership and ensuring high performance across projects.

You will align delivery across teams, manage stakeholders, and mentor peers while benefiting from flexible, hybrid working and opportunities to work on landmark projects with the Civils team across the UK.

Qualifications

• ChPP or equivalent chartered status; MSP or MoP qualifications desirable.
• Proven track record overseeing large, complex infrastructure or structural engineering projects.
• Strong ability to align project strategies with organisational and market objectives.
• Experience mentoring and developing project managers, fostering high‑performing teams.
• Advanced skills in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

As an Senior or Associate Project Manager in the Structures team, you will oversee complex projects or programmes of significant scale, providing strategic leadership, aligning delivery with organisational and client objectives, and ensuring high standards of performance across projects.
