Job summary

VERTEC SERVICES Ltd is seeking a Project Manager with a strong Structured Cabling Systems background to lead multiple SCS projects from inception to completion. The role is based in Beaconsfield with hybrid working, and will involve managing client relationships, budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and to plan.

You will also support CNS, DAS and AV projects, mentor junior PMs, and help drive continuous improvement in delivery processes to ensure high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Structured Cabling Systems (SCS) projects from inception through to completion.
• Strong knowledge of copper and fibre cabling infrastructure, containment systems, testing and certification processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Structured Cabling Systems projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, programming, documentation and reporting activities.
• Act as the primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and delivery partners.
• Monitor project performance against programme, budget and commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, project variations and ongoing support contracts.
