Job summary

Technical Resources is seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Project Manager to lead high-profile installation projects across London. You will own projects from planning through handover, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and to high technical standards.

You will work for an established network infrastructure provider delivering complex cabling solutions across commercial environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing structured cabling projects.
Strong technical background in Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, fibre optic and containment installations.
Solid understanding of industry standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, BS EN).
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

Plan and manage multiple structured cabling projects simultaneously.
Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and H&S standards.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
Attend and lead client meetings.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and associated documentation.
Manage profit and loss responsibilities across projects.
Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and progress reviews.
Coordinate material procurement and site logistics.
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and customer service.
