Beach Baker Property Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for the Cardiff office of a highly successful property consultancy. You will lead delivery of public sector projects, work with Grade-A clients, and be part of a sizeable PM team in a modern, city-centre office.

Ideally MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM, or working towards this, with a track record of project management in consultancy or client-side environments.

Qualifications

• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM ideally, or working towards this.
• Experience delivering public sector projects.
• Experience in property consultancy or client-side environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of public sector projects.
• Lead project delivery from inception to handover.
• Work within a regional PM team to maintain client relationships.
