Beach Baker Property Recruitment is partnering with a highly successful property consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager for their Cardiff office.

You will join one of the region's largest Project Management teams, handling public sector projects worth £5m–£20m, collaborating with Grade-A clients. The role offers a city-centre, modern office, with a hybrid pattern: two days in the office and the rest on-site or remote, supported by a strong network of long-serving colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ideally MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM, or working towards this.
• Experience in commercial, construction consultancy or client-side projects.
• Public sector project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing public sector projects within a regional PM team.
• Collaborate with Grade-A clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support a stable project pipeline with funding secured.

A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Project Manager within their expanding Cardiff office.

With a team of approximately 1,400 professionals-including 200 dedicated Project Managers-the firm delivers expert consultancy services across a wide range of sectors. Having grown organically, it now reports an annual turnover of £150 million and has ambitious plans to triple this by 2035.

Role Features

• Office based in the City Centre.
• Part of a regional Project Management team of 13 people.
• Mainly managing public sector projects.
• Working with 'Grade-A' clients.
• Contract work typically ranges between £5m to £20m.

• Recruitment due to team growth - not a replacement.

So, this role would be great for someone who hasn't had the chance to really make a role their own, this is your chance.
