Beach Baker is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Cardiff city centre. You will join a regional PM team of 13, working on mainly public sector projects with Grade‑A clients, managing projects typically £5m–£20m.

Ideally MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or working towards it; the role offers a supportive network, with the team in an office-based hybrid setup—2 days in the office, rest on-site and WFH.

Qualifications

• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or working towards this qualification.
• Candidates from commercial, construction consultancy or client-side backgrounds are considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage public sector projects from initiation to delivery.
