The role offers a modern city-centre office, hybrid working (office 2 days/week, rest on-site and WFH) and strong career development within a growing regional team.

Qualifications

• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or working towards this.

Responsibilities

• Managing private sector projects (£5m–£20m typical).
• Work with 'Grade-A' clients and a regional PM team.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
