Job summary

IO Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its client-side building consultancy in Cardiff. You will own projects from early development through design, procurement, construction and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with clients to maintain programmes and control risks.

You will work with a leadership team, contributing to growth and delivering significant regional projects, while enjoying hybrid working in Cardiff and a competitive package including a car

Qualifications

• Prince2, APM PMQ or Chartered Status is essential.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Strong communication with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness to identify risks early.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from development through design, procurement, construction to handover.
• Coordinate consultant teams and contractors to keep programmes on track.
• Manage risks and escalate decisions at the right time with clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple projects.
