Beach Baker is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Cardiff city centre. You will join a regional PM team of 13, working on mainly public sector projects with Grade‑A clients, managing projects typically £5m–£20m.

Ideally MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or working towards it; the role offers a supportive network, with the team in an office-based hybrid setup—2 days in the office, rest on-site and WFH.

A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Project Manager within their expanding Cardiff office.

With a team of approximately 1,400 professionals—including 200 dedicated Project Managers—the firm delivers expert consultancy services across a wide range of sectors. Having grown organically, it now reports an annual turnover of £150 million and has ambitious plans to triple this by 2035.

Role Features:

• Office based in the City Centre.
• Part of a regional Project Management team of 13 people.
• Mainly managing public sector projects.
• Working with ‘Grade-A’ clients.
• Contract work typically ranges between £5m to £20m.
