Beach Baker is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a leading property consultancy in Cardiff. The role sits in a large PM team, with flexibility to work hybrid, split between office at the city centre, on-site, and WFH.

You will primarily manage public sector projects and collaborate with high-profile clients, with project scales typically ranging from £5m to £20m. MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or equivalent background is preferred.

Qualifications

• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or working towards is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage public sector projects as part of a regional PM team.
• Build and maintain relationships with Grade-A clients.
• Oversee contracts on projects typically £5m–£20m.
