Arup in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex building projects on a hybrid basis. You will manage the full lifecycle from definition through handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and sustaining strong client relationships.

The role suits someone with delivery leadership on major schemes, chartered or near-chartered, with knowledge of NEC4/JCT contract administration and risk management.

Qualifications

• BSc in related discipline and chartered or working towards chartership.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering major building projects.
• Contract administration using NEC4/JCT forms and established processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of complex building projects and programmes.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from definition through handover.
• Manage client relationships and governance with project boards.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Provide clear reporting on schedules, risks and opportunities.
