Beach Baker is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a leading property consultancy in Cardiff. The role sits in a large PM team, with flexibility to work hybrid, split between office at the city centre, on-site, and WFH.

You will primarily manage public sector projects and collaborate with high-profile clients, with project scales typically ranging from £5m to £20m. MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM or equivalent background is preferred.

A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Project Manager within their expanding Cardiff office.

With a team of approximately 1,400 professionals—including 200 dedicated Project Managers—the firm delivers expert consultancy services across a wide range of sectors. Having grown organically, it now reports an annual turnover of £150 million and has ambitious plans to triple this by 2035.

Role Features:

• Office based in the City Centre.
• Part of a regional Project Management team of 13 people.
• Mainly managing public sector projects.
• Working with ‘Grade-A’ clients.
• Contract work typically ranges between £5m to £20m.

• Recruitment due to team growth – not a replacement.

The Candidate:

Ideally MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM, or working towards this. The hiring manager is a happy to consider candidates from a commercial, construction consultancy or client-side background.
