Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Productivity) within the Finance Department to lead productivity improvement programmes across clinical and corporate services. You will work at the interface of operational delivery and financial sustainability to deliver sustainable improvements and value.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver productivity and service improvement projects across clinical and corporate services.
• Support the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and value for money.
• Develop robust business cases, implementation plans, benefits realisation frameworks and performance reporting arrangements.
• Work closely with clinical, operational, workforce, digital and finance colleagues to facilitate change and support delivery of agreed objectives.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and governance arrangements.
