Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Productivity) within the Finance Department to lead productivity improvement programmes across clinical and corporate services. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Project Manager (Productivity) within the Finance Department. This newly established role sits within the Financial Sustainability Team and will lead the development, delivery and monitoring of productivity improvement programmes across clinical and corporate services. Working at the interface of operational delivery, service improvement and financial sustainability, the post holder will support teams to identify opportunities to improve value, productivity and outcomes while ensuring the best use of available resources. The successful candidate will manage complex transformation and productivity projects, bringing together colleagues from operational, clinical, workforce, digital and finance teams to deliver sustainable improvements that support the Trust's strategic objectives, service quality ambitions and financial sustainability priorities.,

• Lead and deliver productivity and service improvement projects across clinical and corporate services.
• Support the identification, development and implementation of opportunities that improve productivity, efficiency and value for money.

• Analyse complex information and translate data into actionable insight to support decision making.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, programme boards and governance groups.
• Support the Trust's wider financial sustainability, service transformation and improvement agenda through effective project leadership and stakeholder engagement.
