Job summary

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee the Business as Usual capital programme. You will lead a project office of six including senior and junior project managers and a PMO manager, ensuring projects meet their brief, schedule and budget.

This role reports to the Associate Director for Planning and Programmes and involves risk management, progress reporting and stakeholder engagement as we expand hospital and community services across Croydon.

Qualifications

• Experience as Programme Manager overseeing capital programmes is essential.
• Strong leadership and line-management abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a project office team of six including senior and junior project managers and a PMO manager, with line management responsibility.
• Ensure projects are delivered to specification, on time and within budget.
• Actively monitor and manage risks to delivery and escalate where appropriate.
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
