PwC UK is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large‑scale NHS EPR transformation programmes, collaborating with executive, clinical and digital leaders to ensure EPR implementations deliver frontline benefits and enable enterprise transformation.

You will manage design, mobilisation, go‑live and post‑implementation optimisation, focusing on productivity, safety and user adoption within NHS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience scoping and leading large-scale NHS transformation programmes.
• Led EPR delivery lifecycle and optimisation.
• Strong engagement with NHS executives, clinical leaders and digital teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage design and delivery of large-scale NHS EPR transformation programmes from mobilisation to post-implementation optimisation.
• Lead EPR-enabled operating model, care pathway and workforce transformation to improve frontline productivity and user adoption.
• Support NHS organisations to translate policy and funding signals into deliverable EPR programmes at local level.
• Contribute to development of NHS EPR and digital transformation market; identify opportunities and shape propositions.
• Grow Enterprise Transformation and HealthTech teams; develop tools and assets for NHS EPR delivery at scale.
• Oversee engagement economics, governance, risk and delivery assurance across complex multi‑Trust programmes.
• Maintain senior stakeholder relationships across NHS executives, clinical leaders, digital teams and system partners.
