Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to drive transformation programmes across the organisation. You will plan, manage and deliver multiple digital projects with capital values between £0.5m and £2m, ensuring time, cost and benefits targets are met.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, engage clinical and operational stakeholders, maintain governance, and align with NHS standards such as PRINCE2/Agile and the Trust PMO methods.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, health informatics, business or related discipline.
• Evidence of CPD in project / change management.
• APM PMQ or ChPP.
• AgilePM / Scrum.
• Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust Project Initiation Documents and detailed MS Project schedules.
• Establish and service Project Boards; maintain RAID and logs.
• Ensure alignment with programme plans, Digital Strategy and NHS frameworks.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations; communicate options to the service.
• Lead on project development, policy improvements and new processes.
