Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end PFI Hand Back programmes within the Central & Southwest business unit on a 24-month fixed term contract. Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale programmes, ideally PFI/PPP or construction projects.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and integrate safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee handback programmes of work including feasibility, planning, design, construction, and controls to meet time, budget and specification.
• Ensure Health and Safety metrics are achieved and promote behavioural safety across the delivery unit.
• Adhere to CDM Regulations 2015 and Building Safety Act 2022 and to contractual obligations varying by project.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Build an integrated, high-performing team responsive to organisational needs and key stakeholders.
