Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced PFI Project Manager in London for a Bexley-based schools contract. You will lead asset data quality and handback preparation, ensuring asset information, compliance records and documentation meet required standards.

You will coordinate between client, operations, consultants and stakeholders, provide regular progress updates, risks and actions, and drive project plans, governance and reporting to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• FM sector experience with asset information management.
• Experience with PFI contracts or handback projects.
• Strong stakeholder and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset data quality improvement programme to support PFI handback readiness.
• Coordinate collection, validation and maintenance of asset registers, room data, fire strategy information, lifecycle information and compliance records.
• Manage and update handback documentation in line with contractual and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers and reporting.
• Coordinate actions arising from audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Act as the central point of contact between the client, operational teams and key stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, workshops and progress reviews.
• Produce regular project reports and presentations covering progress, risks and issues.
• Identify and resolve barriers to project delivery.
• Manage client communications and expectations.
• Ensure audit findings, risks and corrective actions are effectively followed through to completion.
• Maintain strong governance, document control and compliance throughout the project.
