Job summary

Trafalgar House is seeking a senior Project Manager to drive successful delivery of internal and client-facing projects within the PMO framework. The role covers business change, software development, client implementations and pensions projects, with a focus on time, cost and scope adherence.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure seamless handover to live operations, including training and testing.

Qualifications

• 10 yrs+ experience in occupational pension scheme administration.
• 5 yrs+ in a project management or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Initiation and delivery of projects to time, cost and scope for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage actively with clients and internal teams for a positive project experience.
• Support prioritisation of business projects to maximise value.
• Define project scope, objectives and feasibility.
• Coordinate resources to meet objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and provide status updates.
• Deliver projects into live operations including training and acceptance testing.
• Track project performance and goal completion.
• Ensure compliance with PMO procedures and standards.
• Identify additional commercial opportunities post-live projects.
• Represent the company in new business exercises.
