Qualifications

• Experience as a CRM within pension administration or consulting.
• Strong understanding of the UK pensions administration market.
• PMI or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and client guidance.
• Oversee client projects and day-to-day service.
• Develop and deliver competitive commercial proposals.
• Attend Trustee and client meetings to present reports.
• Maintain client feedback and strategic plans updates.
• Produce management information for clients and CRM teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Host meetings and maintain trustee documentation.
